Counter-Notification

• Identification of the removed content and its previous location
• A good faith statement that removal was a mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email
• Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your area

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
